I emotionally ate for 10 years, and it left me crippled with anxiety, self-loathing, sluggishness, low mood, and poor confidence in my body and myself. As I worked through it, I realised how deeply this struggle can affect someone’s life... and that there is a remedy!
I’m a Health Coach, Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and CBT Practitioner, and I help people break free from emotional eating, nourish their bodies, and feel energised and clear-headed again.
Through mind–body nutrition and emotional regulation tools, I transformed my own relationship with food and it’s allowed me to:
finally stop relying on willpower and understand why I was emotionally eating
feel energised, mentally clear and in control of my day
nourish my body in a way that supports my hormones, mood and long-term wellbeing
